
One man is dead, another person is critically wounded after a double shooting in Boston's Dorchester neighborhood Saturday night, according to police, who said no arrests had been made.
Boston police say officers responded around 9:46 p.m. to the area of 38 Franklin Hill Avenue for a report of a person shot and arrived to find two victims with life-threatening injuries.

Both were rushed to local hospitals. Police said in an update Sunday morning that an adult male had died from his injuries, while the second victim remains in critical condition.
Homicide detectives were called to the scene Saturday night, where yellow police tape was blocking off a portion of the sidewalk and roadway, and there were several parked police cruisers.
