"We are deeply saddened  by the loss of one of our students, and our thoughts are with those impacted by this motor vehicle accident," Manchester School Superintendent Jennifer Chmiel said. "In addition to our school based counseling teams, we have brought in additional community resources and grief counselors that will be available at the school."

Manchester police said in a press release issued shortly before noon that the car involved in the Bedford rollover crash had been reported stolen from their city about an hour earlier.

They said they responded to a report of a stolen car on Clifford Avenue at 12:50 a.m. The victim, a food delivery driver, told officers he had briefly left his Toyota Corolla unattended and when he returned, it was gone.

The car was spotted by Manchester police about an hour later on Kenberma Street. It was operating without headlights and sped off when the officer activated their cruiser's lights and siren. A pursuit was initiated but later terminated, and the officer lost sight of the vehicle.

Bedford police said the Kilton Road on and off ramps remained closed as of 9:30 a.m. while they continued to investigate the crash scene. They expect the investigation to last until at least mid-morning, and said drivers should expect delays.
